Our research focuses on gynecological oncology, specifically studying the tumor immune microenvironment and immune-targeted therapy. We investigate how high-risk HPV integrates carcinogenic mechanisms. We also utilize techniques such as single-cell analysis, spatial transcriptome profiling, and structural biology to unravel the mechanisms of carcinogenesis, understand the immune microenvironment, and identify potential immunotherapy targets in cervical cancer and other gynecological tumors.
